Did you make a purchase on our site and then change your mind?
Would you like to return or exchange all or part of your order?

At TABLE & NATURE, you have a legal withdrawal period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return any product or products of your choice to us.

To return a product that does not suit you, please have your invoice number ready.

To exchange a product that seems defective, please send us by email:

• Your request accompanied by a photo of the product
• And your invoice number.

We will record your return request and you will receive an acknowledgment by email with all the steps to follow to complete your return.

You have a maximum period of 14 days from the date of sending the cancellation or return notice to the customer service to return the product(s) at your own expense.
If you return your entire order, you will be credited with the amount shown on the order confirmation.
If you only return part of the products ordered, you will be credited for the amount corresponding only to the product(s) returned.

The refund will be made no later than 14 days from the receipt of the return of the product(s) subject to the return or withdrawal request.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used to pay for your order.

The product(s) must be returned:

• In good condition, in their original packaging for refund requests (Any item returned damaged and/or not in its original packaging will not be eligible for a refund)
• For exchanges, according to the terms that will have been defined by email with our customer service.

TABLE & NATURE will not accept returns of items beyond the legal withdrawal period, regardless of the reason that may be invoked.
